Couper is excited to announce that we have launched international shipping to select countries! Shipping rates are calculated based on location.
Couper ships from multiple warehouse locations both domestic and international - due to this, general shipping times may vary slightly.
Couper is not responsible for any domestic package lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Shipping timeline begins once your order processing is complete. Your order might be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for every package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Full Price:
Products purchased at full price are eligible for a return within 10 days of delivery date. Amount will be credited back to original method of payment unless otherwise noted. Please note a $25 shipping & handling fee will be implemented.
Markdowns:
Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for site credit within 10 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you, unless noted as final sale. Please note a $25 shipping & handling fee will be implemented.
Promotion and Price Adjustments:
Price adjustment requests will not be accommodated unless the purchase was made within 3 days of the promotion launch.
Final Sale:
Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund. All Products that are considered Final Sale, as listed below or otherwise indicated as “final sale”, are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

Items shipped internationally are not eligible for return at this time.
Your Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings in place, and other signature packaging materials, including Couper and designer hanging tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where provided. All bikini bottoms should be returned with the original liner in tact. Couper reserves the right to decline any return without proper sanitary lining.
Any returned Products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Couper. Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 weeks of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.
For all orders, any shipping charges are non-refundable.
LATE RETURNS:
Due the nature of our small business, we are not able to accept late returns at this time.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges will now be accepted through our returns center. Exchanges are subject to availability once your original item is received in our warehouse. To ensure you receive your correct item as soon as possible we suggest placing a new order and returning your original item.
