RETURN POLICY

Full Price:
Products purchased at full price are eligible for return for a full refund within 10 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

Markdowns:
Products purchased at a discount (other than with a Promotion) or on markdown are eligible for return for site credit within 10 days from the date that the Product was delivered to you.

FINAL SALE 

Products purchased on final sale are not eligible for return or a refund. All Products that are considered Final Sale as listed below or otherwise indicated as “final sale”, are not eligible to be returned or refunded.

Your Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, protective coverings in place, and other signature packaging materials, including Couper and designer hanging tags. Other designer packaging such as belts, dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags must all be included where provided. All bikini bottoms should be returned with the original liner in tact. Couper reserves the right to decline any return without proper sanitary lining. 

Any returned Products which are worn, used, washed, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refunds or credits will not be issued for such returns. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Couper. Refunds are generally processed within 4-6 weeks of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law. 

For all orders, any shipping charges are non-refundable. 

LATE RETURNS 

At the discretion of Couper, any Product returned outside of the deadline for returns may not be accepted or only accepted for site credit.

EXCHANGES 

In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
